This holiday apartment is among the newest apartments in the area and provides 40m² of living space. Owing to being situated on the first floor, it affords an extensive view through the windows and of course also the balconies. The apartment comprises a double bedroom, a daylight shower room with a WC and an open living room-kitchen with a cosy living room. You step through the front door and on the right side there are the bathroom and the bedroom. On the left side there is the open living and dining room with a kitchen space and access to the balcony. The second balcony is accessed from the bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a generous double bed (180 x 200cm) with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side, as well as a spacious wardrobe for storing your clothing. The centrepiece of the apartment has a central dining table with four chairs for meals together. There is an emply equipped kitchen unit for convenient self-catering, which provides everything you need. After a day trip you can relax on the leather corner sofa, with a large flatscreen TV providing entertainment in the evening. This pull-out sofa can be used as a bed for a third and fourth guest. The bathroom is fitted with a WC, a glass shower cubicle, a washbasin with an illuminated mirror, a makeup mirror, a window and a towel radiator.
