Exceptional lake view! The swimming pool in the common areas overlooks the lake, with a solarium offering a view that stretches for miles; it can be reached by lift from the garage area. Situated on a mezzanine floor and covering 45 square metres with exposed beams, the two-room apartment features original, quality furnishings, which combine the pastel tones of the window frames, curtains, wall units and kitchen hood with the vibrant red of the chairs, table and sofa bed.
