This flat is centrally located in Büsum and the beach and town centre are within easy walking distance.
The 4-room flat has a living space of approx. 125 m². The friendly and comfortably furnished holiday accommodation extends over the entire ground floor. The modern living and dining area has a corner sofa with ottoman and coffee table, a floor lamp and a sideboard with a 50-inch flat-screen TV. There is also a dining table with six chairs. In addition to the above-mentioned equipment, the fully equipped kitchen also has an oven and a dishwasher. There is also a further dining area for two people. A high chair for children is available free of charge if required. The first bedroom is furnished with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m each). A CD player, a 23-inch TV and a stool round off the furnishings in this sleeping area. The second bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and an optional cot (0.70 x 1.40 m) for free use, as well as a clock radio and a stool. The third bedroom also has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with a stool provided. Compared to the other flats, this bathroom also has underfloor heating, a towel radiator as well as a urinal, bidet and shower stool. The separate guest WC is equipped with a washbasin, toilet and mirror. In the storage room there is a washing machine for your exclusive use free of charge, as well as a clothes horse, ironing board, iron and hoover. You will find a cloakroom, a wardrobe and a mirror in the hallway. We have free W-Lan for you. We assume no liability for failures and malfunctions.
The conservatory offers you a beautiful view of the garden and is furnished with a large table and six chairs, an armchair, a sideboard with satellite TV and a games console. Outside, there is a small garden and a terrace with garden furniture for your exclusive use. There is room for up to six people at the table under the electric awning. A barbecue is also provided. There is no possibility to charge an electric car as the house electricity is not designed for this purpose.
There are three holiday flats in the house with different sizes and furnishings.
Shopping facilities for household goods and clothing are about one kilometre away and a bakery is about 800 metres away.
