It is an unusually green and quiet location for a property so close to the city. It takes 20-30 minutes by car (depending on traffic) to the city centre. 10-15 minutes to one of the best international supermarkets or shopping centres. 10 minutes or cycling distance to the new city hall and the exhibition centre.
