The property is fenced, free public parking is available near the residence (50m). In the structure, a common room with washing machine, iron and ironing board is available on request. The tourist train station leading to the beaches (sand, pebbles and rocks) of the tourist village of Lanterna (3 km from the house) is 50 metres from the property.
