Newly built, modern, nicely furnished holiday flat NOEMI 2, suitable for families with children, is located in Tar, a small town 10 km from the famous tourist resort of Poreč and 5 km from Novigrad. The flat is part of a residence with 9 flats located in three neighbouring buildings that together form one residence. The air-conditioned flat is located on the first floor of the third building. The third building in front of the pool consists of three flats on the first floor called Noemi. The air-conditioned accommodation consists of: A comfortable bedroom with double bed (160x200), bed linen (changed weekly), bathroom with shower cubicle, bidet, hairdryer, toilet, washbasin with mirror and cabinet, two bath towels per person (changed weekly), the living area has a sofa bed for two people, flat screen satellite TV, dining table with 4 seats, equipped kitchenette; with 4 electric ceramic hobs, Napa Aspiartoria, fridge with freezer compartment (3 litres), toaster, microwave, coffee maker, mocha, kettle, pots, plates and cutlery, from the living area the exit to the balcony with garden table and four chairs overlooking the pool area and a beautiful view of the bell tower of the nearby church. You can share the pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower, barbecue and garden table with Istrian stone benches. To the delight of children and adults, there is an excellent offer of the playroom with pool table, table tennis, flat screen TV, fridge, sofas and armchairs, air conditioning. The property is fenced, free public parking is available near the residence (50m). In the structure, a common room with washing machine, iron and ironing board is available on request. The grocery shop, church, restaurant, bar, park, car park, pharmacy within a radius of 100 to 250 m. The tourist train station leading to the beaches (sand, pebbles and rocks) of the tourist village of Lanterna (3 km from the house) is 50 metres from the property. Close to motodrome, tennis courts and equestrian centre. Guests will receive a valid passport from the owner to enter the tourist village of Lanterna. * Registration to be paid in cash on arrival * Guests are requested to use the equipment with caution * Smoking is only allowed on the terrace inside. Smoking is not permitted * It is possible to organise personalised transfers. * Please let us know the expected departure time one day before travelling to arrange delivery of keys. The accommodation must be vacated by 10am on the last day of your stay at the latest. * Please leave empty rubbish bins and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils * Any damage caused please explain to the owner that after an accurate assessment of the cost of damage will be charged on the spot.
