S'Oliva
Here you will find a detached finca in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Capdepera, in the north-east of Mallorca. Enjoy a relaxing holiday on site thanks to the comfortable furnishings, the garden with pool and the fantastic view of the village's castle.
Outside, there is a covered terrace in front of the pool area. With a dining table and six outdoor chairs as well as a barbecue, it is ideal for a barbecue evening. During the day, you can relax and sunbathe on the sun loungers. A parasol provides shade. The 8 m x 4 m illuminated pool and the outdoor shower provide refreshment afterwards. The property is surrounded by a low wall and bushes, which provide privacy. Nevertheless, you have an almost unobstructed view of nature with only a few houses in the distance. Private parking spaces are available in front of the house after the driveway.
The finca is comfortably furnished with modern appliances and is divided into three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a spacious living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. In all bedrooms, you can sleep comfortably in a double bed (200 cm x 180 cm), which is surrounded by two bedside tables with reading lamps on both sides. Wardrobes provide ample storage space for your travelling wardrobe. The third bedroom leads to the second shower room, which is a private bathroom en suite. The spacious living area invites you to relax together after a day out on a three-seater sofa and two armchairs. The wall-mounted flat-screen TV with satellite TV, TV-USB connection and DVD player provides entertainment in the evening. If you want to be available while on holiday, there is a workstation with desk and office chair. Naturally, a free WLAN internet connection is available. In the separate kitchen you will find everything you need for extensive self-catering. In addition to the four-burner gas hob with oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment, there are also the usual small electrical appliances such as a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The dining table in the living room seats up to eight people for a cosy meal on upholstered high-backed chairs. From the living room, you can easily access the terrace and the pool area outside. The two bathrooms are each designed as a shower room with WC and wash hand basin. The property is also equipped with a washing machine and heating in all rooms for the winter months.
As the finca is so centrally located, you can reach four golf courses (approx. 3 km) and various restaurants (2 km) and shopping facilities in just a few minutes by car. The centre of Capdepera is approx. 2 km away. The sandy beach is three kilometres away.
