The house has a waterfront property with a sun terrace and a jetty. The house is furnished like a comfortable detached house with all the trimmings, and the charming and cosily furnished holiday home is located in the Mücheln marina on the Geiseltalsee. There are two private car parking spaces on the property. The entrance is on the land side, next to the house is a boat garage. A boat (rowing or motor boat) can be rented in the immediate neighbourhood (approx. 200m). Our guests are also welcome to bring their own boat, a slipway and a crane system are in the immediate vicinity.outdoor area and general equipment:There is a cosy underfloor heating throughout the house, for hot summers the underfloor heating can also cool, there are also cooling ceilings upstairs. There are many leisure activities in the surrounding area, the large and popular Belantis amusement park is 35 minutes away by car on the A 38 motorway in the direction of Göttingen. Leipzig with all the amenities of a large city can also be reached in just 40 minutes by car, as can Halle an der Saale in 20 minutes.
