The lower garden has a swing for children over 12, For safety reasons, the garden is accessible to children under adult supervision, thank you for your understanding. The garden is cared for by us, and flowers are planted from spring to autumn. Every year we take part in the Gîtes de France flower competition. We were awarded the Prix d'Honneur in 2004 and 2005. Situated at an altitude of 420m in the Vosges foothills, Haselbourg is a small village that was listed as a "historic monument" in 1930. Occupied by the Romans a few centuries before Christ, it now has around 300 inhabitants. Its circular shape comes from the fact that the village was built on an ancient Roman oppidum. Warm and air-conditioned, our gîte changes colour with the seasons. Easter hare in spring, vegetable garden and flowers in summer, pumpkins in autumn and finally, for the eyes of young and old, Christmas lights from December and snow if the weather is fine. Nearby is Dabo and its famous Rocher, which offers one of the finest panoramic views of the Vosges mountains and the Lorraine plateau.
