The comfortable sofa bed offers full sleeping accommodation for a fifth and sixth guest, as it has a slatted frame (1.60 x 2.00 m). The room is also equipped with a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe and a bookshelf. In the first two bedrooms, the double beds are each surrounded by two bedside tables with reading lamps on both sides. The centrepiece of the house is the open-plan kitchen/living room. This allows you to cater for yourself comfortably and extensively with brand-name appliances and a large work surface. The equipment includes a dishwasher, a four-zone ceramic hob with oven, a Cafissimo coffee machine and a fridge with freezer compartment. Pass the wood-burning stove to reach the dining area. Here you can sit down on six comfortable, leather swivel chairs to enjoy a meal together or socialise in the evening. The wall-mounted flat-screen TV with satellite TV provides entertainment in the evening. Plenty of natural light floods in through the exterior doors, making this room pleasantly bright. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower cubicle, an undermounted washbasin with illuminated mirror cabinet and a WC.
