This charming, small, 25 m² house boasts a living/bedroom with a kitchen unit and a separate bathroom. The bright living room is furnished with modern furnishings, including a comfortable sofa bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The kitchen unit is equipped with a stove, a refrigerator, a kettle and a coffee maker. The bathroom boasts a shower, a sink, a mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. In front of the house is a wooden patio, from where - due to its elevated location - you can enjoy the beautiful views of the finca all the way to the Atlantic Ocean. The patio is furnished with seating accommodation and two sun loungers. Near the house is a pavilion with a table and chairs, a sun terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor chess board which is communally used. There is a yoga/meditation spot at the house.
The house has Wi-Fi, satellite television, radio and central heating. Towels, bath robes and bedding are supplied. The community laundry room offers a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron.
