Landhaus in Manacor
Quiet and very well located holiday home that invites you to relax. It has 140 m² of living space on a fenced plot of 16,000 m² and can accommodate up to seven people. The detached house was last renovated in 2006.
The partly covered terrace has cushioned wooden garden furniture for relaxing in the shade, as well as a barbecue. The highlight of the garden is undoubtedly the private pool, where you will also find an outdoor shower, sun loungers and an umbrella. The terrace is surrounded by indigenous trees and plants. All in all, it is an ideal place to enjoy your holiday in nature.
The house has two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (1,60 m x 2,00 m). There is also a third bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) and a bunk bed (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m). The house also has two bathrooms, each with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The large open kitchen offers a dining table for shared meals, as well as a gas cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The size of the kitchen makes it ideal for cooking together. The living room is divided into a large dining area with dining table and chairs, and a more comfortable area with two sofas and satellite TV and VCR. In addition to washing machine and dryer, the house also has wireless internet access.
The nearest town is about 3 km away. Shopping facilities, public transport and a restaurant are all within the same distance. The nearest train station is 4 km away and the sea and the adjacent sandy beach are about 12 km away. The airport is about 49 km away.
