Renovated in accordance with ecological principles, this quirky townhouse, which is attached on both sides, offers a blend of comfort and sustainability. Here you will experience unforgettable holiday moments, surrounded by the beauty of the Orotota Valley and the picturesque views of the Teide, the sea and Puerto de la Cruz. The interior of the flat comprises a living room, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160cm x 200cm) and a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering and a bathroom with shower and WC. The flat is located directly on the spacious roof terrace, which is accessible to all guests. It offers a beautiful view over the valley and the sea, making it the perfect place for relaxing hours under the Tenerife sun. The location of Casa Rosamar could not be more ideal: The traditional "barrio" of Punta Brava is right by the sea and just a few metres from Playa Jardin, the largest beach on the north coast of Tenerife.
