It is one kitchen, dining, living and sleeping space with a double bed (160x200cm) underneath, and a gallery with another double sleeping space (160x200cm). The inside space is 38m2, it is air-conditioned, WiFi covered, bathroom with shower and washing machine. There's parking in front of the house for a car and more public parking outside in the quiet street. There is a private covered terrace with barbecue area, and a sitting lounge. Marčana is not typical tourist place, so it is not ideal place for everybody expecting typical tourist shops etc... It is a rural area, a common village near Pula city. Distance from the Sea is 8km, distance from city Pula is 13km. Only 5 minutes from Pula airport (PUY) by car. Transfer can be arranged to or from the airport (we can recommend a low price local transfer service), or you can call for Uber. Neighborhood is a suburb of a village - houses in a row, yet close to the store (400 meters). Quiet surroundings. The village Marčana itself has about 1000 inhabitants.
