It is located directly on the hiking and cross-country ski trail network and is the ideal starting point for a holiday in the region. The listed house from 1890, in typical Vogtland wooden plank construction, has been lovingly renovated and offers a modern standard. Real wood and natural stone were predominantly used, which makes the house cosy and preserves the original flair of grandma's time. The holiday home offers 2 separate flats (75 square metres each) for 4-6 people each. On the ground floor there is the living and dining area, kitchen and bathroom with shower/WC, on the upper floor 3 bedrooms each. The flats are comfortably furnished and have a kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, central heating, underfloor heating in the bathroom, wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, audio system. Outside there is a barbecue area with seating areas and a double carport. The ski area in Mühlleithen is approx. 5 minutes away by car and the neighbouring ski area in Bublava (Czech Republic) is only 5 km away. The holiday home is easily accessible at any time of year, even in the winter months no four-wheel drive vehicle is necessary.
