It is on a sparsely populated street, somewhat away from the centre, and is therefore ideal for guests who value peacefulness, relaxation and privacy. The owners live 200 metres away. The house has a 200m² plot of garden in a slightly elevated location and therefore providing a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding islands. While adults relax on the terrace or prepare dinner on the outdoor barbecue, children can play in the playground next to the house. The terrace is roofed and provides seating furniture. The site is partially fenced and six parking spaces are available. The house provides 100m² of living space and can accommodate eight people. It is two kilometres to the centre of the island with further shops, as well as evening entertainment. The island is connected to the mainland via a bridge.
