The villa is in the centre of Opatija in a villa district by Kvarner Bay, with a wonderful view. The living room opens onto the big balcony. There is also a lovely terrace with garden furniture and Mediterranean plants, with another garden terrace above it with a grill. The owners live on the second floor of the villa. The apartment is on the first floor of the villa and can accommodate five people. It has a separate, fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop and electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. The kitchen leads out onto the garden terrace. There are two bedrooms with a comfortable double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. Both bedrooms also have a wardrobe and a dresser. The living and dining room has one big sofa and a big LCD TV with satellite channels in the living area and a big dining table with chairs in the dining area. There is also air conditioning and central heating for the winter. The bathroom provides a shower, bidet and toilet. There is a wardrobe in the corridor. The south-facing living room overlooks the villa's garden and a centuries-old park, through which the blue sea can be glimpsed. It is 300 metres to all the beaches (sandy and pebbled), as well as to the centre with many restaurants, which you can get to along a pleasantly shaded path lined with old trees in a historical park opposite the apartment.
