The house is located on a headland between the Jasmund and Wittow peninsulas in a wonderful south-facing position on the edge of the forest, between the Bodden and the Baltic Sea, just 800 metres from the beach in a small, quiet holiday home complex with a plot of approx. 900 m². Exclusive thatched-roof holiday home in a wonderful south-facing location on the edge of the forest, quiet and close to the beach, with fireplace, sauna and whirlpool as well as a large garden and barbecue Look forward to the top-equipped thatched-roof holiday home. Breathe in the fresh Baltic Sea air and relax in the spacious and tastefully furnished thatched-roof house with 134 square metres of living space. It offers enough space for eight adults. The ground floor of the thatched-roof holiday home offers you a very tastefully furnished living room with a large living area, modern furniture and a spacious dining area. A wood-burning stove for cosy evenings, as well as a large LCD TV and a Blu-Ray system with radio. A modern, fully equipped kitchen with integrated microwave in the oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and many accessories such as a fully automatic coffee machine for your cappuccino or espresso, coffee machine, sandwich maker, waffle iron, children's crockery, toaster, raclette and much more. After a long day at the beach, you can spend a wellness evening in the sauna as a highlight for complete relaxation. The bathrooms on the ground floor and first floor are equipped with a modern double washbasin, walk-in shower with glass screen, WC and hairdryer. Also on the ground floor is the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, clothes horse, ironing board, iron and consumables. The windows and doors have electric shutters and insect screens. A tasteful oak staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are three bedrooms. Two beautiful country-style bedrooms (two x double bed) with excellent mattresses and plenty of cupboards for your wardrobe, LCD TV, clock radio and a bedroom with desk and 1.40m wide bed. Of course, there are also electric shutters and insect screens on the upper floor. The converted attic has a staircase with a stair gate. Here you will find a spacious, bright and friendly living and sleeping area with two single beds on one side and plenty of cupboards etc. on the other. On the opposite side, there is a spacious living area that invites you to relax and read. The loft is also equipped with a TV, a small library for children, children's games etc. and modern blackout curtains. Of course, smaller children have also been catered for. The holiday home has 2 travel cots with changing mat, high chair, children's books, board games etc. and of course a handcart with beach toys. There is also a library for adults. The pretty, enclosed garden offers plenty of space to relax and play or to catch the last rays of sunshine in the beach chair in front of the house. 4 sunbeds, 2 beach chairs and garden furniture for eight people are available for you. A garden barbecue is available for barbecues on warm summer evenings and you can securely lock your bikes in the garden shed or park them in the bike rack in front of the house. The landlords look forward to welcoming you. Relax under the romantic thatched roof, away from the hustle and bustle and yet close to the action in wonderful peace and quiet. The thatched-roof holiday home is a pet-free, non-smoking house. You can park your car comfortably on two car parking spaces on the property. You will find shops and restaurants within walking distance. The house also offers an ideal starting point for cycling tours, hikes through sparse forest or along the Bodden coast of Rügen. The diverse landscape offers a variety of experiences. The Schaabe with its uniquely marvellous sandy beach and the dreamlike pine forests is one of the most beautiful on Rügen. Glowe itself offers many opportunities to play, a surfing and sailing school, a new waterfront promenade and a charming little harbour.
