Villa Ulika

Villa Ulika is a holiday home with pool in the village of Anzici, near Visnjan, only 19 km from Porec and the sea. The house is situated on a 1000m2 plot with a well-kept lawn, olive trees, 50 square metre pool and whirlpool. Next to the swimming pool there is a pool house tavern with a fully equipped kitchen, open fireplace and a bathroom. This beautiful restored Istrian stone house with 220 square metres of living space spread over two floors is ideal for large groups or several families. The spacious flat on the ground floor is furnished in a rustic style and provides warmth and a feeling of home. It offers a living room with kitchen, dining table and pull-out sofa bed for two people, two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, one with a massage bathtub and one with a shower. At the entrance is the terrace with garden furniture and beautiful views of the pool area and surroundings. The ground floor flat offers you a charming outdoor view and has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with sleeping possibility for 2 persons and the fireplace where you can enjoy an unforgettable evening with a glass of wine. The antique furnishings of the bedrooms from the 19th century take you back in time, where you can forget all your worries for a while. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers. There is also a double bed in the gallery. The whole house is air-conditioned and equipped with WLAN. Bicycles and several parking spaces are available in the courtyard.
