The holiday house is by a quiet bay near Rogoznica and offers a wonderful atmosphere for relaxing.
The terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol and a barbecue offers a wonderful view of the sea. There is a kids’ pool available for use. Two parking spaces are available.
The house with 90m² of living space consists of two independent units. One has two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room with satellite TV. The other comprises a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with a shower as well as a fully-equipped kitchen with a hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and dining space. Each unit has air conditioning. Wireless Internet access is available.
The beach is just 50 metres away. You can also go windsurfing. There are restaurants and supermarkets in the centre.
The owners live nearby and are happy to provide assistance and advice.
