It is a few minutes’ walk from the house to the bus stop, bank, post office, doctor, bars, grocery shops, a bakery, a hairdresser, a pharmacy and a fish and vegetable market. In the vicinity and further afield there are many interesting historical places and traditional restaurants with excellent cuisine, such as "Koraceva kuca", a five-minute walk away. A special feature is the private beach belonging to the villa. It is in the fishing village of Molunat ten kilometres away and is for the use of Villa Petrosa guests.
