This gem offers a breathtaking view of the Sant'Antioco channel and the enchanting island of Carloforte, guaranteeing an unforgettable stay under the Sardinian sun.
Inside, the flat covers an area of about 60 square metres and includes a cosy living room with kitchenette, equipped with air conditioning, a sofa bed for one person, a shelf, a dining area with table and six chairs, as well as a refrigerator, freezer, gas cooker and oven. The accommodation continues with a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds, both carefully furnished and air-conditioned; a windowed bathroom with shower and the conveniences of an iron and ironing board complete the interior.
Outside, a covered terrace accessible from the living room and furnished with a table and four chairs invites guests to panoramic dinners overlooking the island of Carloforte. A small gate shares access to the gated property with the owner, who lives on the ground floor where there is also a washing machine and an outdoor shower for guests.
