Large flat of 120m2, for 4 people, in a large house built on two levels, in a landscaped garden of 8000m2 and located in the vineyards (appellation AOC Bandol) a stone's throw from the pine forest. Quiet location, close to the beach at Saint-Cyr sur Mer. View over the entire bay and the calanques, as well as the Bec de l'aigle (Eagle's Beak) at La Ciotat, the Ile Verte and the Sainte Baume massif.
Ideal for hiking and paragliding, this is an exceptionally bright site for painters. Not far away, the village of Le Castellet and the famous Le Castellet circuit for its motorbike and Formula 1 races.
The flat has its own private entrance with electric gate and parking space. The garden has many fruit trees, olive trees, fig trees, oleanders, agaves and yuccas.

La Cadière and its surroundings are ideally situated for all the sports and pleasures associated with the sea, hiking, tennis, cycling, botanical and archaeological walks.
Nearby amusement parks (Far-West Village, OK Coral, exhibitions, exotic garden, Tauremtoem Museum 6 km away. Aqualand nearby.
