This pleasant holiday house enjoys a quiet location in the little village of Loborika near Pula. The terrace, where you can also spend pleasant hours in the evenings, also provides access to the beautiful, private swimming pool. It was built just recently and the pool area also has a shower and deckchairs. There is a grill area near the pool. A play corner with a sand pit will keep children entertained. The site measures 800m². There is parking space for two cars. The house provides around 110m² of living space and can accommodate up to eight people. All the rooms are on one level, with a light and inviting décor, and the living room provides direct access to the roofed terrace. Here there are also many monuments from Roman times and it is recommended to go on a stroll through the town.
