The condo is located near a well-known resort and a few steps from one of the most beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia. Within walking distance there are also services such as market, newsstand, play ground for children, restaurant, tourist office, ATM and a typical market twice a week. The covered veranda equipped with table, chairs and a small outdoor sitting area is very nice and wide. The front lawned garden is surrounded by hedges and offers plenty of space for cooking on the barbecue or for a relaxing sunbathing. The small rear garden has a comfortable alfresco shower. It has a very long sandy beach, a sea with unique colors also suitable for children, a nature with a unspoilt Mediterranean vegetation, shops and services of any kind. From Costa Rei you can easily plan outdoors sports, excursions, short trips by car to discover truly enchanting places.
