Everything needed for a comfortable stay is available in the house, as a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with a whirlpool tub and four bedrooms with eight large beds (six beds 200x90cm + french bed 200x160cm). Two additional possibilities for sleeping on a sleeping couch. Maintained beaches or nice natural beaches are however ten and more kilometers away (Rabac, Krnica, Rakalj, Pula, Medulin).
