Flat in a strategic location, a few steps from the centre and the main services. Ideal for families or groups of 4 to 6 people, situated in a lively but quiet context. The location is optimal to take advantage of all the services of Bibione Spiaggia: 250 metres from the sea, a few minutes from Piazzale Zenith and the spa. The residence is a holiday home consisting of eight units, located in the very central Via Maja and completely renovated in 2019. Each flat has two bedrooms, air conditioning system with inverter heat pump, parking space in the communal garage, free and unlimited Wi-Fi and access to a common laundry room on the ground floor. The flat, an airy and bright three-room apartment, is located on the first floor just 250 metres from the sea and close to the pedestrian promenade in the centre of Bibione Spiaggia. The entrance opens onto a bright living area with French window leading to a habitable balcony. The open-plan environment includes a living room with a double sofa bed, dining area with a table seating six and an open-plan kitchen equipped with electrical appliances: refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, ventilated oven, microwave oven and all the equipment necessary for cooking with comfort. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms: one double and one twin (with single beds or bunk beds). A windowed bathroom with shower cabin completes the property.
