All destinations in the town centre are within easy walking distance. The marvellous sandy beaches are just 50 m away on foot. The town centre of Capo d' Orlando is an 8-minute walk away. The various shopping facilities can be reached in 5 minutes. The house is situated on private grounds with its own driveway and a car park is available. The flat is also suitable for two families who want to holiday together. You live in one house and yet each family has its own private area. The holiday flat is located on the first floor of an apartment building and has a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and washing machine, a living room and 3 bedrooms. The light-coloured sandy beach here on the north coast is free and accessible to everyone, including children. Several lidos along the beach provide refreshments in the summer months and entertainment in the evenings. The flat is ideal for a family holiday, beach holiday, hiking, cycling, sightseeing.
