Outside, it has a large terrace of 35 m² with stunning sea views, especially beautiful at sunset. Garden furniture, parasols and two sun loungers are provided. The terrace is particularly pleasant thanks to the panoramic views and the gentle breeze.
The flat is located on the sixth floor and offers approximately 120 m² of living space, distributed over three bedrooms, each with two single beds. There is a full bathroom finished in pink marble and a separate toilet with shower. The independent kitchen has access to the hallway and the terrace. It is equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge. The living-dining room, with digital TV, also has access to the terrace.
The area surrounding the accommodation offers tranquillity and a variety of activities. There are restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity, and a supermarket less than 100 metres away.
