In our 2-room 43m² holiday flat you live very centrally, cosily and comfortably. The beach and centre are within easy walking distance. In the house Karin there are 3 holiday flats 2 holiday flats were classified with 4 stars and this holiday flat with 3 stars and a fixed adjoining flat is also in this house.our non-smoking 2-room 43m² large 1 upper floor holiday flat was lovingly, contemporary, bright, allergy-friendly equipped. Floors are tiled or laid with laminate. Our holiday flat has a west-facing balcony. In the eat-in kitchen, the holiday flat has a 4-burner touch plate cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave with convection oven for pizza, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender, egg cooker, cooking utensils and crockery. Dining table with three chairs. Corner sofa with table, floor lamp, 80 flat screen TV with digital satellite TV and DvD portable radio with CD TV, mobile table and a sideboard. In the bedroom there is a double bed 1.80m wide with adjustable slatted frames a wardrobe and two bedside tables with touch lamps and a stool.bathroom with shower and shower cubicle, toilet, sink, stool, roll shelf, hairdryer and mirror cabinet with base cabinet hallway: wardrobe, mirror and shoe rack The hallway and the bathroom are tiled and the living room, bedroom is covered with laminate.partial renovation 2015 We have free W-Lan for you for failures and malfunctions we assume no liability. The balcony was equipped for exclusive use with 2x chairs with footstool a table and parasol.
