Discover our charming holiday home, ideal for nature lovers, fishermen, water sports enthusiasts and families. In a peaceful and picturesque setting, less than 100 m from a playground and just 1 km from a child-friendly sandy beach, our 80 m² house offers the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday. Experience comfort and tranquillity in our carefully furnished domicile, which will serve as your second home during your stay. The interior of our house is both cosy and functional. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, a sofa and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, hob, oven and microwave. A coffee machine and a dining area round off the kitchen facilities. The rooms are easily accessible from the hallway, including a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. There are two further bedrooms on the top floor, one of which has a charming little west-facing balcony. The outside area of our house offers a terrace that invites you to relax outdoors and a fenced garden where barbecues are permitted. For added convenience, our guests have their own car park at their disposal. In a storage room accessible from the outside you will find a washing machine, and the whole property benefits from a digital satellite antenna with all free-to-air German television programmes. There are numerous leisure activities in the immediate vicinity of the house. The attractive location on the edge of the Lauwersmeer National Park is particularly inviting for nature lovers.
