About this vacation rental

"Ecofinca" mit privatem Pool

The house of approx. 80 m² has a bedroom on the upper floor with two single beds that can easily be pushed together (each 0.90 m x 2 m). Both beds are equipped with an anatomical mattress. The bathroom with natural light has a shower, hairdryer, washbasin and toilet. The living room is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a sofa, satellite TV and DVD player. Here you will also find the fully equipped open kitchen, which has a gas cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee machine. A large wooden table and chairs invite you to enjoy meals together. In addition there is another room with washing machine and iron, so you can wash your clothes even when you are on holiday. This typical Canarian detached holiday home dates back to the end of the 18th century and was completely restored in 2000 respecting its original construction. However, the walls are still carved in stone and some of the original wooden ceilings and tiles have been preserved. The house is situated in the west of the island near the beach and is at the end of a road near a 10.000 m² banana plantation. It is easily accessible by car. Thanks to its location at only 200 m above sea level, the climate is good all year round and temperatures rarely drop below 20 °C. Right next to the house there is a hiking trail (GR131) that leads directly to the beach "Tazacorte". It is a 15 to 20 minutes walk. There are many other attractions of the island nearby which can be easily explored by car. About 5 minutes drive away is the village of La Punta, where there is a German bakery, bars and a small supermarket. This is also the location of the company where bananas are prepared for export. You can visit them and sometimes even receive bananas as a gift. La Punta is an excellent starting point for excursions to any part of the island. A 15-minute drive away is the village of Tijarafe, where there are banks, a pharmacy and a pizzeria. The largest town on the island is Los Llanos, which is about 12 km away. The airport is about 40 km away. By car it takes about 56 minutes. From the living room you have direct access to your own terrace and private pool. There you will find wooden garden furniture and sun loungers as well as an outdoor shower. You will also find there a barbecue. If you have rented a car for the duration of your stay, you will be able to park it comfortably in the carport of the property. The owner strongly recommends having a car here.
