Situated in the idyllic Oberes Priental holiday region, it offers peace and seclusion at the end of a residential cul-de-sac - perfect for anyone who wants to escape the stress of everyday life and relax in absolute peace and quiet. Inside the chalet, you will find an oasis of well-being that combines modern comfort with cosiness. The upper floor has two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed, spacious wardrobe and access to the balcony and another with a double bed and an additional sleeping loft, which offers two more sleeping options. A bathroom with shower/WC completes the offer. On the ground floor you will find an open-plan kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, ceramic hob and oven. A cosy seating area, a wood-burning stove and an additional WC round off the facilities. Satellite TV and a CD music system provide entertainment. An internet connection is available for a fee. The outdoor area boasts a spacious balcony terrace, furnished with garden chairs and a table - the ideal place to relax and unwind. A car parking space right next to the house and another carport about 200 metres away ensure that your arrival is as relaxed as possible. The area surrounding the chalet offers a wide range of leisure activities. The nearest lake is only half a kilometre away.
