The semi-detached house is situated in a quiet location on a cul-de-sac with little traffic on the edge of the forest. The premises extend over 2 floors. Both floors can be regarded as independent living units as they both have a kitchen and shower room with WC. Cots are available and could be placed in either bedroom and a 'WALL BOX' is installed at the house. Guests with electric cars can use this to charge their batteries. Ground floor: Living room with sitting area, colour TV and bookshelf. Kitchen open to the conservatory with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, hob, microwave, mini oven, coffee machine, kettle. Conservatory with dining table, sitting area, radio with CD player. 1 bedroom with double bed. 1 children's room with bunk bed. Bathroom with shower and WC, heated towel rail and underfloor heating. Guest WC. The semi-detached house is divided as follows: Outdoor area, The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and two garden loungers. There is a small sandpit with toys and a swing. Bicycles can be stored in the woodshed. There is also a handcart, which can be used free of charge. In the annex of the house there is a room with a hot water tank and a washing machine, which can be used free of charge. There is a rotary clothes dryer in the garden. The property is fenced and therefore also suitable for children and dogs. The house is heated with natural gas, a solar system supplements the shower water heating. Panels are mounted on the roof of the house to generate electricity and when the sun takes a break, natural electricity from hydropower is purchased from the Kronshagen public utility company. The distance to the beach is approx. 900m and is easily accessible with a pushchair or handcart. The town centre with restaurants and shops is approx. 400m away. There is a supermarket near the beach. Larger discounters can be found in the small town of Lütjenburg, 7km away.
