Two-roomed flat of 30 sq m on the 2nd floor of a building directly on the sandy beach of Torrette di Fano. An ideal place for those who want to live by the sea all day long. The building has 4 floors with lift. The one-bedroom apartment is on one floor and consists of a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, kitchenette, refrigerator, table, pantry unit and TV. The other room is a bedroom with a double bed, 4-door wardrobe and shoe rack, then there is a bathroom with a 70x90 corner shower, toilet, cabinet with mirror and washbasin. A washing machine can be used for 3.5 kg loads of laundry.
