Haus Orange - Familienfreundliche Lage mit Pool
The house Orange is located on the outskirts of Labin in Vinez. At the end of the blind road and right on the edge of the forest where there is no traffic.
An ideal environment for children and little ones. It is very quiet and allows the guest to relax peacefully. The guest lives on the entire upper floor with its own entrance and has a total of 74m2 space for a family and a medium-sized group for a maximum of 7 people. The friendly landlord couple lives independently at the basement floor and having their own entrance.
The entire house is air conditioned and is equipped with an open living room and kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a large bed for two people and the other bedroom has another double bed for two people with a single bed. The pull-out sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two more people. In the living room you have a large dining table, plenty of space for everyone, where a large kitchen should not be missing. The 7m2 bathroom with shower and toilet is functional, but sufficient. The house is ideal for a family with 2-4 children or friends with a child.
The garden outside is very harmonious and invites you to linger. A pool, which is exclusively there for your own use, allows you to cool off regularly. If you like to go on excursions, nearby natural parks and beaches offer some variety. These can be reached within 20 minutes by car. Shops such as Spar and Lidl can even be reached on foot within 10-15 minutes to stock up on everything you know at home.
