It is located just 150 metres from the sea and beach and can accommodate up to 5 people. The house has a total of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the upper floor you will find two large bedrooms and one smaller bedroom. The two large bedrooms have king-size beds (180 * 200) and the smaller room has a bed (100 * 200). On the ground floor, the house has a rustic but fully functional kitchen, living room and bathroom. The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge, freezer, kettle and microwave. In the living room there is a nice sofa with a flat screen TV. There is a private car park on the property and the holiday home is 5 km from the nearest shopping area where you will find several shops, including shops where you can buy fresh produce from local farmers. There is also a supermarket and a restaurant close to the house (50 metres). The beach is only a short walk away. The cost of renting House Gaia varies depending on the season, you can find a list of different prices on the website for upcoming seasons. The prices listed include a tourist tax. Currently a minimum stay of 7 days is required to book Haus Gaia. However, for some parts of the season the minimum stay is less than 7 days.
