Welcome to our beautiful modern house with a sea view in the heart of Novigrad, Istria! This spacious house offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people and is an ideal base for exploring the beauties of Novigrad and its surroundings. The house is a short walking distance from beautiful beaches and the Old Town, giving you easy access to local attractions and activities. The house extends over two floors, and two spacious terraces offer you beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding area. The roof terrace with seating is perfect for enjoying the sunsets and the panoramic view of the marina and the Old Town, while the ground floor terrace equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and a sink is ideal for relaxed evenings with a barbecue and socializing. On the ground floor of the house there is a modern equipped kitchen with a dining room, a spacious living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, one bathroom and a laundry room. On the first floor there are two comfortable bedrooms with a double bed and an additional bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine, providing you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
