The apartment of 65m² consists of two bedrooms each with a double bed, a shower room, a kitchen, a dining and living room, a balcony and a car parking space. The kitchen provides a fridge with a freezer compartment, a stove and a hob, an extractor fan, dishwasher etc. The bedrooms each have double beds and big wardrobes. One bedroom is on an open gallery at attic level. The living room provides a flatscreen TV, DVD player, and radio. There is seating for 4-5 people. A junior bed and highchair are available. The house has a washing machine and dryer, which can be used for a fee. Bodenmais is a market in the Lower Bavarian area of Regen and is a climatic spa resort. Bodenmais is the most popular holiday town in the Bavarian Forest. It is known for its mine and for the Silberberg. Bodenmais lies deep in the Bavarian Forest, to the south-west, at the foot of the Großer Arber, and has about 3400 inhabitants. Places of interest include the mine at Silberberg and several glass-blowing factories. The largest and most famous is Joska. Beautiful trip destinations are the Großer and Kleiner Arber, the large and small Arber lakes, Zwiesel, Regen, Deggendorf and Sankt Engelmar with a treetop trail and the active centre in Bodenmais. An indoor pool, tennis courts, minigolf and other activities are available, including hiking trails. Bodenmais has a lot to offer both in summer and in winter.
