About 1 km outside the village there is a ski lift (descent approx. 700 m), well signposted hiking trails and in winter also groomed cross-country ski trails with connections to the Rennsteig and Oberhof (10 km through the forest) Each room in the holiday flat has individually adjustable underfloor heating. Even in winter at minus 25 degrees or in cool summer times it is guaranteed to be cosy and warm.
