Horses, hens, cats and rabbits belong to the farm and you can observe many wild animals in the immediate vicinity. It is hardly possible to spend a quieter holiday closer to nature. The 48m² studio on one floor has its own entrance and is designed in a modern country house style and is fitted with pine wood flooring. It has a light living and sleeping room with a quality double sofa bed, a kitchen-diner with a double sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen unit with a dishwasher and a bathroom with a shower, providing an atmospheric holiday home for up to four people. Satellite TV and wireless Internet access are available. The private terrace is accessed from the living room and provides garden furniture, a parasol, garden loungers and a grill. The barn opposite provides ample space to store e.g. bicycles or sports equipment. There are many parking spaces on site. The owners also welcome guests with horses, as stables and paddocks are available. The owners have a pony that children can ride on or be guided on. There are three other horses for riding or riding lessons. The site is fenced towards the track and bordered by a stream towards the landscape. The owners themselves have a young daughter. The apartment fulfils a yearning for good old country life. Fruit can be picked upon request. The big lake Selenter See with a place for swimming is 5km away and it is 12km to the sea. There are shopping facilities and restaurants in Lütjenburg 5km away with its charming old town. There is an indoor swimming pool in Plön, a leisure pool in Weissenhäuser Strand, along with plenty of culture and music, various museums, and the medieval Turmhügelburg. Many manor houses and farms offer a variety of events. Places of interest, animal parks with various themes, river and lake trips, various sports e.g. sailing or diving and many other recreational activities are easy to get to from the Rodenkrog farm.
