The fenced, well-kept, large garden plot is for communal use with a meadow, fruit trees, flowers and shrubs. If you don't feel like eating out in one of the many good restaurants, you can also barbecue in the garden. Owner lives separately in the neighbouring building. Car park in the courtyard.
