Haus Sonnendeck has a beautiful garden of approx. 400 m² and is located in the North Sea resort of Burhave. In 2025 the bathroom was refurbished and the hallway and bedrooms renovated. The house is located in a quiet holiday complex just a few minutes' walk from the North Sea dyke, the green beach, the North Sea lagoon and the play barn. Haus Sonnendeck is divided as follows: Ground floor: Fully equipped fitted kitchen, new bathroom with shower, living room with separate dining area and cosy sitting area. In the living room there is also a 50 inch TV, so that even in bad weather there is no boredom. From the living room you can also access the sunny terrace and the large garden. The garden is surrounded by a fence and is therefore difficult to see into, but is not dog-safe and invites you to play, barbecue or laze around. First floor: Two double bedrooms and a sleeping possibility in the loft, which is only accessible via a steep ladder. The loft is the ideal pirate's bunk for children. There is a car parking space on the property. The centre of the North Sea resort of Burhave, the largest town on the Butjadingen peninsula, offers plenty of variety with numerous shops (Edeka, Netto) and restaurants and is also within easy walking distance.
