Luxury condo near city and mountains

Location is good, the apartment is clean and renovated and has everything 2 people would need

It's not 2 beds apartment!!! It has only 1 bed. It's a place for 2 with additional inflatable bed (that you can set up yourself in the middle of living room). This addition feature is great if you were told exactly what it is. I've reserved it for 3 adults and 1 13 yo kid and the apartment isn't arranged for 4. I definitely wouldn't reserve it if the info was clear. Also only 2 towels were prepared, all others were wet and hanged in the bedroom closet (!) So, I had to washed and dry them myself (I was told later they were clean - just wet 😳). Also the sheets for inflatable mattress weren't provided- I had to call and seek them in all the possible places... And after reporting clogged sink the host waited the whole day 1 for my permission to come in (and I had no coverage in the mountains) and on the day 2 he proposed to fix it around 7 pm only, so we brushed teeth bended over the bath tub. And in addition to everything host forgot to tell the gate code and never told the code for the pedestrian gate 😒
