Great location - few minutes walking to central station and old city. Great cozy room. Soft comfortable bed. Free parking.
There are vital problems with heating in hotel.
Fist of all - absence of normal heating in the room and hotel at all. Room can be heated by only air conditioning system, quite noisy (but ok), but if you turn it off, room gets cooled fast. The floor is cold almost always so I would advise hotel owners to either put carpets on all area or install heated floor.
Second - the bathroom is extremely cold itself, there is no heating option at all. Hot water in the shower is not central but goes from boiler with limited capacity, so consider that if you like to spend time in shower.
The hall is not heated also.
