The apartment is excellent in every sense, spacious, smelt so good and the quality of the finishing of the apartment was great. It was in a quiet neighbourhood in River Park Estate right by the Airport Road, near the Dunamis Dome. It looked very secure and if you are concerned about security, this is definitely a place for you. We were even able to welcome two guests who visited us whilst we were there and the apartment staff were very supportive. There is a 'gateman', on site security staff who attended to every visitor and was at the gate always to support. The staff were excellent in particular 'Bash' and 'Ezra' who were very helpful. We lost our phone in the Uber driver's car whilst we went out for dinner. 'Bash', the staff in the apartment, once we told him, swung into action to detectively trace the uber driver, and was to go and meet the driver wherever he was to get us back our phone. He ended up negotiating with the driver that we would pay for the cost of his petrol if he brought the phone back. Within a 30 mins or so time, the Uber driver brought back the phone and we were reunited with it and all the holiday memories we had in them. We could not believe how fast everything went and how professional the staff were. All throughout out stay, whatever concerns we had, it was immediately resolved. The room we stayed (Family Junior) had ACs, which worked. There was hot water shower available. There was a kitchen where we made dinner and breakfast. There was a fridge where we chilled softdrinks we bought when we went out to eat. The room had lovely scents all across the room. The apartment was immaculately clean all through. The Wifi on the property was associated with our Apartment (14), passworded and was very good. We never experienced a drop-off or a blind zone where the internet could not work.

We tried to order food using the in-property recommended restaurant but as many times as we called them, the call kept dropping. There was no price list attached to the menu (the restaurant provided) in the property so we could not find out the cost of the meals. I would have preferred to have a 'peep hole' on the main entrance door (for our apartment) so that if someone is knocking on the door, you could peep to see the person before deciding to open the door. This is a very minor thing and just something we are used to from where we visited from but I know this is not standard for most hotels or AirBnB's as this.

We booked for a 2bedroom but they gave us 1bedroom and charged us for the actual price of the 2bedroom.
