Quiet location on edge of Epernay. Very easy to get around. Spacious accommodation and well equipped (especially for families).

Emplacement au calme, avec parking aisé face au logement Maison agréable et très bien équipée Échange fluide avec le propriétaire et check-in/out facile grâce à la boîte à clés
Logement globalement propre mais nous avons trouvé un cheveu noir sur le sol (alors que personne du groupe n’a les cheveux noirs), traces de calcaire sur la robinetterie de la salle de bain.

The house is in a suburban location, surrounded homes and with a view of vineyards. They have aimed for a fun funky vibe inside. The garden had a lovely seating area. The kitchen is well appointed and has all the gadgets you would expect or want. The house was just what we needed as we were not spending much time there and we were able to walk into town for dinner and to go out.
Although the house is presented well, it looks like much of the work was undertaken by the owner, and it lacks finesse and professionalism. For example the garden had a lovely seating area but with a view of established weeds. The bathrooms are a basic and not well installed.
