Perfect location with everything needed for a holiday. Clear and concise communication with the owner at all times

House was stocked with great supplies and all the kitchen utensils / cooking vessels you'd need or want. Beds were very comfortable and very clean all throughout the house. Great first "welcome" with background music playing and ceiling fan on. Perfect setup for two couples, including enough off street parking for 2 cars. Easy walk to Long Beach for a nice stroll on the sand. Krystal's communication was excellent. FYI - Mahalia's serve up some excellent coffee (even for a Melburnian !!)

Very Minor - no soap in 2nd bathroom, and only two good size wine glasses - all others were on the small size. Other than that its hard to find any faults at all.

This property was roomy, bright and clean. Easy walking distance to the beach.

The house was not prepped for visitors. The entry way and outside spaces were full of garden debris and mess. The curtains were tied up as if left after cleaning. Flies and insects in bathroom and kitchen counters. Doors broken and non functioning. The garden unkept and unmowed which made it difficult to keep our dogs clean in the wet weather. The house was ill prepared for a winter weekend with inadequate bedding (only one extra blanket across four visitors). The biggest disappointment however was that there was no firewood provided at all. Our choice of this house was principally for the fire pit and wood burning heater in the living room. Arriving on a 7 degree afternoon neither were clean or set for visitors and the wood shed was empty save for one log of wood. Contact with the owner was unhelpful and we were left to buy wood even though advertising indicated it would be part of the household supplies.
