The kitchen area was lovely and well decorated, the owners were friendly and helpful, the area itself is great - it's close to the city centre, I love walking so didn't have to take the bus once, but if you like that, there's a bus stop right as you exit the hostel. The toilets and bathrooms were well maintained and lovely. I really enjoyed it that as you enter there's shoe lockers and you have slippers so it's kept as hygienic as possible. The overall price was good, If it was the value I was looking for I would definitely come back.

The floors in the sleeping area are creaky and the lockers are too small to fit a medium sized backpack - only for valuables. I was missing a lounge area even though the kitchen was nice since I met some cool people, but it just didn't cut it. The cooking pans have definitely seen better days. There was a bit of mold in one of the corners of the shower - nothing too major. I didn't understand if it was the mattress I was laying on or the bedsheet, since I haven't seen anything like it before, but it did feel rough on my skin. Some of the lower bunk beds were missing covers on the side.

I really liked that the shared areas were clean and that there were multiple bathrooms and showers. The self check-in was also very convenient.

The bedroom was far too hot. There was no fan, no ventilation, just a window. It felt suffocating inside while lying down. There was also a weird smell (not the pleasant kind), and the other guests in my room were not mindful of others. One of them was watching social media videos using loud speakers at 2 am in the morning. The other two were not intentional but still were uncomfortable and made it hard for me to sleep because one of them kept coughing loudly and the other was snoring very loudly as well. The pictures also make it look much nicer than how it was. I wouldn't recommend another female at least to stay there longer for one night. My flight landed late so my options were very limited.
