El apartamento está bien ya que era amplio
Nuestra experiencia no fue satisfactoria. A la llegada, el apartamento no estaba en las condiciones adecuadas de limpieza: había basura en la papelera y uno de los baños desprendía un olor desagradable. Además, hubo una clara falta de organización por parte de los anfitriones. Al día siguiente llamaron a la puerta solicitando explicaciones sobre cómo habíamos obtenido las llaves, cuando las instrucciones de acceso nos las habían enviado ellos mismos previamente por WhatsApp tras realizar la reserva por Booking. Esta situación resultó incómoda y generó desconfianza, algo que no debería ocurrir en un alojamiento reservado por una plataforma oficial. Consideramos que deberían mejorar tanto la limpieza como la comunicación y coordinación con los huéspedes.
