The location, the facilities, the cleanliness

the service not so satisfying, if there is delivery better to dilver in the room or update the customer that they cannot make it the room, only that one, coz I'm waiting my order I thought they will deliver on my room

The location in the Korea town area was great - we walked to our dinners and to the nearby Parks Cafe for morning coffee (it's one of the few places open at 7 am). Parking was available and we truly appreciate the very helpful staff. Beautiful small hotel. We were a group of 10, and we were so pleased we chose the hotel for our small reunion meet up place. We had a PWD and the facilities were ideal for this family member. Would stay again for sure.

Great location and accessibility. Within walking distance of 24 hour convenience stores, ATM and restaurants. Highly visible as it's on the main road. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. A security guard managed the front door and assisted people into the elevators.

Being on the main road, the noise level was considerably higher than I anticipated. The room's soundproofing was inadequate to drown out the noise of passing vehicles. I also found that the shower didn't produce any hot water, despite giving it some time to heat up (the front desk also advised that I wait.)
